Jay leads the day-to-day service delivery at MRU, overseeing the on-site team, quality assurance, staffing and scheduling, safety compliance, and equipment and inventory readiness. He is the primary operational contact for MRU and is responsible for ensuring that BEST maintains a high standard across all shifts and services and that any concerns are followed through to resolution.
Samuel supports the overall management of the MRU operation, working closely with Jay to coordinate staffing, service delivery, inspections, employee performance, and client requirements. He also provides leadership coverage and helps ensure that operational standards are maintained across all shifts and services.
Melinda oversees all administrative responsibilities, including managing documentation, employee records, scheduling, communications, reporting, work orders, and billing, as well as other requirements to ensure our operation remains organized and responsive.
Ana oversees event setup and takedown services, along with pre- and post-cleaning. She supervises, trains, and develops the event staff, performs regular inspections, and ensures all setup, takedown, and cleaning are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards
The Day Supervisor oversees daytime cleaning activities, coordinates employee assignments and service requests, conducts quality checks, and responds to operational needs throughout the day while supporting communication within the team.
Linda oversees evening cleaning operations for outer buildings, providing direction and training to employees, monitoring attendance and workflow, conducting daily quality inspections, and ensuring a high standard of service and that any service concerns are addressed before the end of the shift.
Drake coordinates MRU move-related activities, including furniture and equipment moves, room setups, and special operational requests. He ensures work is planned and completed safely, efficiently, and in coordination with MRU and the broader site team.
