Ryan Cortezano – Site Manager
I started my career in Canada as a cleaner and later became a Night Supervisor before transferring to North Hill Centre in 2014. Today, I am the Site Manager, and after 10 years with BEST, I can say I have learned a lot, grown through many opportunities, and built relationships with people who have been part of this journey for years. I have had other opportunities along the way, but BEST has become home for me.
Coming to Canada and building a life away from my extended family has also shaped how I work with my team. I know everyone has a different story and responsibilities outside of work, so I try to listen, understand, and work side by side with my team whenever I can. I believe people stay when they feel valued, supported, and treated fairly.
And if there is a competition, you can count me in! I always want to give my best, and over the years I have brought home four major awards at BEST events, including something no one else in the company has: the only green jacket!
