Building Stronger Partnerships at APSN
In July, BEST sponsored and attended the Alberta Post-Secondary Network (APSN) Stampede Reception at Alberta University of the Arts. The event brought together more than 400 people from colleges, universities, government, community organizations, and businesses across Alberta.
The conversations shared at APSN help us better understand what our clients need, where we can improve, and how we can continue adapting our service at each site. That understanding can lead to clearer expectations, better communication, and stronger support for the teams working on campus every day. It also helps us identify practical ways to improve how work is organized and ensure our teams have the direction and support they need to continue delivering high-quality service.
