North Hill Centre is a busy mall where our BEST team takes care of much more than daily cleaning. The team supports janitorial and maintenance services as well as event setup and tear-down, adapting as the mall changes and working closely with the client to keep everything running smoothly.
Many of the people on the team have worked at the mall together for years, and turnover has remained low. That history has created a close team where people know each other, help each other, and make time to connect beyond the daily routine through BBQs, celebrations, and other site events. It is a team built around working together and making people feel like they belong.
Fun Fact!
North Hill Centre isn’t just home to our BEST team. It’s also a Guinness World Record holder! The mall earned the record for creating the world’s largest hat-shaped mosaic, a title it still holds today.
