From Site Supervisor to Site Manager
When I arrived at North Hill Centre in 2014, I already had experience working as a cleaner and Night Supervisor, but I was still looking for opportunities to keep learning and growing. When BEST took over the contract, I was given the opportunity to step into the Site Manager role and take on a new challenge in my career.
That opportunity has given me much more than a new position. Over the past 10 years, I have learned how to lead through change, work closely with our client, build strong relationships with my team, and understand what people need to do their best work. BEST trusted me with the opportunity to grow, and along the way I have always felt supported by people across the company and encouraged to keep learning.
Today, North Hill Centre and BEST feel like home. I am proud of everything we have built together and grateful for how much I have been able to grow along the way. Ten years later, I still find new things to learn, new challenges to take on, and new reasons to give my best.
