Originally focused on our frontline teams, the program has flourished, rewarding over 3,467 frontline team members with a combined $29,000 in gift cards. From Starbucks to Walmart, these tokens of appreciation are a small way to say a big thank you for their tireless efforts.
In 2023, we expanded the Kudos program to include all salaried team members. This peer-to-peer recognition platform encourages team members to acknowledge and appreciate their colleagues’ contributions. By sharing Kudos on our dedicated Teams channel, team members can enter a draw to win $100 each month. The program has been a resounding success, with over 229 team members recognized in just one year. As the number of Kudos grows each month, we're inspired by the way our team members lift each other up.
