The "BEST Dressed" This Halloween

BEST is having their first ever Halloween Costume Contest! We are searching for the "BEST Dressed" in BC and Alberta. The prize: Two $200 Visa gift cards, one awarded to the BC winner and one awarded to the Alberta winner.
