With students leaving for summer break and residences turning into conference hotels, summer is one of the busiest times of year for student houses and guest accommodations. That is when institutions rely on experienced partners to deliver speedy and high-quality cleaning services before the next group of students and guests arrives.
Our work in residence and guest cleaning began in 2007 with our first student residence contract at Simon Fraser University, marking the beginning of a service that has continued to grow alongside our higher education partnerships. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio across Canada, partnering with different institutions including the University of Alberta, BCIT, Red Deer Polytechnic, and the University of Toronto. Today, our teams prepare more than 1.5 million square feet of residence and guest accommodation space each summer.
