We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Sawicz as General Manager for British Columbia, supporting our continued growth across Western Canada while strengthening operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Jeremy brings a strong blend of operational leadership and client-focused growth experience. Over the past four years at BEST, he has played a key role in expanding our footprint by building trusted client relationships, securing complex service contracts, and ensuring solutions are aligned with both client expectations and on-the-ground service delivery. During this time, he has developed a deep understanding of our industry, clients, and company culture.

Prior to joining BEST, Jeremy built his leadership foundation in the hospitality sector, including serving as General Manager at Aburi Restaurants in downtown Vancouver. In this role, he led more than 300 team members across two high-end restaurant locations, operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where service quality, team leadership, and consistency were critical. This experience continues to inform his practical, people-first approach to leadership.
In his role as General Manager, Jeremy will oversee operations across British Columbia with a focus on supporting frontline teams, strengthening service delivery, and building long-term client partnerships. His leadership style emphasizes presence, clear communication, and creating the conditions for teams to succeed while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Jeremy lives in the Lower Mainland with his wife and their young daughter and values family, balance, and community, principles that align closely with our commitment to our people and clients.
