Heroes` Lunch: Feed the Body, Feed the Mind
On April 30, BEST provided a second round of “Heroes' Lunches” across the company for our frontline team members who are working hard to help “flatten the curve”. We are very grateful and proud of their courageous work, and we want to show our appreciation.
In addition to the individually-wrapped meal with instructions on social distance, our heroes also received a pamphlet with the message “Feed the body, feed the mind”. The pamphlet contained information about the educational grant that BEST offers every year, which, especially during this unpredictable period, can be of great help to our heroes.
Since 2013, BEST has offered the Ulf von Dehn Educational Grant to team members and their spouses, children, and grandchildren. The grant is a way to help them achieve their educational and career goals. So far, the grant has distributed $ 80,000 for educational purposes, and BEST hopes to continue helping team members for years to come.
