BEST KUDOS Program

At BEST, it's essential that our team members feel appreciated and recognized for their hard work. We go out of our way to always find both small and large ways to regularly recognize a job well done.

To support this goal, BEST launched the BEST Kudos Program that uses a real-time online recognition platform where managers can send tokens of appreciation to team members. These tokens (ef. gift cards) can be redeemed by specific team members that proactively go above and beyond. This program allows BEST to create a positive impact encouraging personal growth.
