BEST Joins MRU at “Pearls of Wisdom” Fundraiser

After more than a decade away, Pearls of Wisdom returned to Mount Royal University on June 6, bringing together community leaders, partners, alumni, and supporters for an evening dedicated to celebrating connection, community, and student success. The event serves an important purpose beyond the gathering itself, with proceeds supporting scholarship awards that help remove financial barriers and create opportunities for MRU students.

As a sponsor of this year’s event, BEST is proud to support an initiative that reflects values we share across our higher education partnerships. Investing in students and strengthening the communities we serve are all part of how we contribute beyond the spaces we help maintain.

In addition to our sponsorship, our team also provided behind the scenes support to help make the event a success. This included laying tarps throughout the space, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees and providing cleaning services during and after the event.

For our team, participating in Pearls of Wisdom meant more than helping deliver a successful event. It was also an opportunity to contribute to an initiative dedicated to creating opportunities for students and strengthening the MRU community.
