Over the past three weeks, our executive teams and managers gathered across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for BEST’s Annual General Meetings. These meetings offered a valuable moment to review the past year, recognise progress and align on priorities for the new fiscal year. This AGM was also the first with our new CEO, Chris Moore, marking the beginning of this next chapter of leadership.
This year introduced a refreshed semi-circular seating layout, bringing participants together in a way that supported open discussion, strong engagement and meaningful collaboration. Leaders exchanged insights on performance, regional developments and the operational focus areas that will guide our work in the months ahead. The new Insights Discovery workshops added both depth and energy, blending practical leadership tools with interactive and fun activities that strengthened team dynamics.
A highlight moment across all provinces remained the annual awards presentation, an important part of the AGM meetings where we recognised individuals and teams who demonstrated exceptional leadership, service quality and commitment to our company values.
