Education has the power to transform lives, and we believe learning should always be within reach. The Ulf von Dehn Founder Memorial Education Grant was created in 2013 to support the growth and development of our team members and their families.
Since its launch, the program has provided over $208,000 in financial support and awarded more than 450 grants to team members and family members pursuing education and training opportunities. Participation has grown from 13 recipients in 2013 to 77 in 2025, an increase of more than 490 per cent.
This grant reflects our commitment to creating opportunities for personal and professional growth while helping ease the financial challenges often tied to education. Applications open twice a year, in April and October.
