BEST Service Pros.

Letter from the CEO

Dear BEST Team,

As mentioned in the previous edition of this bulletin, we

are preparing to celebrate BEST’s 70th anniversary. That

milestone reminds us that the real magic of our company

happens on site, through the hard work and dedication of our

frontline teams. You are the reason our company has made

such a positive impact across Canada.

I’m proud to share that thanks to your dedication, BEST

achieved COR recertification with outstanding results: 94% in

Alberta and 89% in BC. This success is yours. It highlights the

professionalism and care you bring to protecting one another,

our clients, and our communities.

We Achieved COR Recertification

We Achieved COR Recertification

Thanks to your commitment, BEST achieved COR recertification with outstanding results: 94% in Alberta and 89% in BC. This success highlights the professionalism and care you bring to safety, protecting one another, our clients, and our communities every day.

We Grow

The impact you are making with our clients every day, lead BEST to welcome new accounts: Laurentian University, UBC Athletics, UofT – Oak House Residence, and soon, Pearson’s Airport Terminal 3. We’re excited to welcome new team members at these sites and support them as they begin creating meaningful impact, just like you do.

We Are Recognized

Our SFU team was publicly recognized during Simon Fraser University’s Convocation for their exceptional service, a true moment of pride for BEST. This recognition shines a light on the dedication, professionalism, and unity of the entire operations crew, whose hard work and care make a lasting impact every day.

Frontline Team Achievements

On every occasion I see Karnail performing his duties, he demonstrates a commitment to professionalism, focus, and attention to detail. Recently, in the food court area, he promptly cleared tables of litter, wiped them down, reset chairs, and even cleaned garbage bins, leaving the area spotless. As we know, performing custodial services is not an easy job, and unfortunately no one says anything unless there is something negative to point out. Well, in this instance, I wanted to recognize Karnail’s efforts and thank him for doing such a great job of keeping cleanliness.”
