Lean Sensei Program: BEST Service Pros Hosts Blackbelt Training
From September 18 to September 20, BEST Service Pros hosted the Lean Sensei Blackbelt students, who assisted us to apply Lean strategies to some of our core processes.
Lean Sensei is a program that maximizes efficiency throughout an organization and wider supply chain, utilizing continuous improvement, kaizens, and culture shift to a no-blame environment. In an effort to boost engagement and retention of team members while lowering costs on the bottom line, BEST Service Pros has committed to Lean by investing in 121 Whitebelts, seven Greenbelts, and one Blackbelt.
This strategy to improve our training and problem-solving methods has ultimately increased customer satisfaction and strengthened client relationships.
