Jim joined BEST in 2009 and has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth and success, particularly in his role as Director of Business Development since 2018. Jim’s journey with BEST has been defined by his strong leadership and ability to align client needs with our services. Over the years, he has led our expansion in Eastern Canada, entered new industries, created subsidiary companies, and strengthened our market position.
In his new position, Jim will take on a more significant role in the strategic direction of the company, focusing on expanding our core market presence throughout North America while identifying new growth markets. He will also oversee the sales and marketing teams, ensure the renewal of key existing accounts, manage stakeholder relationships, and align the company’s financial goals with market trends.
