Investing in Our Team Members - Ulf von Dehn Founder Memorial Educational Grant

BEST firmly believes in the power of education and continuous learning. We understand that investing in the growth and development of our team members and their families is not only important for their personal success but also for the benefit of our company and the communities we serve. That's why we are proud to offer the Ulf von Dehn Founder Memorial Educational Grant, a program designed to support all our dedicated frontline team members and their families.

Since its establishment in 2013, this education grant has provided financial assistance, amounting to over $145K, to more than 300 team members and their families. This grant reflects our commitment to our team members and their loved ones, as well as our pursuit of continuous improvement in all aspects of our organization.

We recognize that education and training is a transformative tool that enhances skills and fosters personal and professional growth. Therefore, we encourage all team members to utilize this fund to lessen the financial burden commonly associated with the pursuit of education and training.

Applications for the Ulf von Dehn Founder Memorial Educational Grant are open year around! The next round of funding will be available in October, which means there are still four months left in the year for our team members to apply!
