Happy Women's Day!

Imagine a world where difference bonded people together while diversity, equality and inclusivity are valued and celebrated. There will be no stereotypes, biases, and discrimination.

Professionalism is not about someone's look, sound, or the degrees they have, it's more than that! And yet, the boundaries and barriers surrounding the definition of professional in workplaces often made some of us feel, think, act, and show up differently when at work. Inclusive work culture, where women’s careers thrive and their achievements are celebrated, should be a goal for all businesses.

Business leaders and individuals must put in the work to examine and confront not only their personal biases, but also systemic biases and how they are supported by institutional power and dominance. From there, we can build actionable change. Women and underrepresented groups alone cannot solve diversity and inclusion problems. We need to connect with and lend support to women and explore how everyone can create opportunities, build professional bonds, and act as a resource and advocate for others in our professional community.
