Congratulations to All Graduates of BEST’s Management and Leadership Programs!

At BEST, we’re thrilled to celebrate the recent graduates of our “Manage The BEST Way!” and “Lead The BEST Way!” programs. This one-year intensive training equips our managers and assistant managers with the skills they need to lead and thrive.

We firmly believe that our team is the cornerstone of our success, reflected in our rigorous investment in their development, four times the industry average!

Building Leaders Through Targeted and Updated Training:

• Manage the BEST Way (MTBW): The program offers a comprehensive curriculum, where monthly training sessions cover crucial topics like recruitment, employee engagement, safety reporting, conducting investigations, and performance reviews. Collaborative learning is a core element, with participants forming cohorts to share ideas, experiences, and build lasting connections.

• Lead the BEST Way (LTBW): Designed specifically for Operations Managers, LTBW empowers them to become leading figures within their sector. The training focuses on areas like success planning, effective time management, delegation strategies, and the art of impactful leadership.

On April 10th, a virtual graduation ceremony honored all graduates of both programs. Graduates received certificates of completion and commemorative pins – symbols of their dedication and commitment to excellence!
