Clothing Drive for the Union Gospel Mission

One of our favourite charities, the Union Gospel Mission, is holding a clothing drive, and we need your help!

To provide warmth and comfort to people living on the streets during the upcoming winter, the Union Gospel Mission is collecting winter clothing, accessories, and bedding, and distributing them to those in need, including many children.

Donations can be dropped at the UGM, at 601 East Hastings Street, Vancouver. Please mention that this is part of the clothing drive.

Items needed (either new or gently used and cleaned):

• Blankets
• Sleeping bags
• Winter coats (hooded)
• Warm jackets
• Sweaters
• Gloves & mitts
• Scarves
• Wool socks

These items will be handed out through UGM’s Mobile Mission, Emergency Shelter, Drop-in Centres, and Clothing Room.
