Celebrating the BEST Team – BEST Kudos Program

We believe that recognizing the dedication and hard work of our team members is a key component of fostering a positive and supportive work environment. That's why, in 2021, we launched the BEST Kudos Program to honour and reward the exceptional efforts of our frontline team members.

Since its launch, the BEST Kudos Program has provided over 2000 frontline team members with well-deserved recognition, and tokens of appreciation amounting to a combined value of $13,785! Our gift cards encompass a wide range of options, including popular brands like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Walmart, Amazon, and Uber Eats.

We understand the efforts our frontline teams put in each day to create clean and healthy spaces for our clients. The Kudos program serves as an opportunity for us to make sure our team members know that their dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Month after month, the number of Kudos awarded continues to rise, reflecting the growing impact of this program on the lives of our team members.

In the spirit of recognition, we recently extended this program to all salaried team members! Our Kudos program for salaried team members is based on peer-to-peer recognition allowing team members to appreciate and acknowledge their coworkers for their hard work and dedication. Team members can provide Kudos for a fellow coworker on a dedicated Teams channel and enter them in a draw to win $100 at the end of each month. We are excited to see this program grow as we continue to honour and value our team members!
