Celebrating Pride Month at BEST!

June is officially Pride Month in Canada! Every year, BEST uses this month as an opportunity to celebrate and recognize the LGBTQ+ community and start open conversations about diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and understanding.

We understand the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and supported. As part of our ongoing efforts, we have taken significant steps to educate ourselves on DEI topics this past year and have implemented a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy. This policy outlines our commitment to promoting diversity, preventing discrimination, and fostering a culture of inclusion throughout our organization.

In addition to our DEI policy, we have established a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework that guides our efforts to make a positive impact on society. We actively engage in initiatives that support marginalized communities and advocate for equality and justice.
