BEST's Educational Grant: Recognition Fuels Growth!

Investing in our team's future is one of the top priorities on our journey of growth and continuous improvement. That’s why we’re proud to offer an Educational Grant program dedicated to supporting the educational aspirations of our frontline team members and their families.

Since its inception in 2013, the Ulf von Dehn Memorial Educational Grant program has provided over $155,000 in financial assistance to nearly 400 individuals.

We’re thrilled to announce that this year, we are accepting twice as many applications as before! This decision allows us to reduce financial burdens for even more team members and their families and reflects our dedication to supporting lifelong learning and personal growth.

We hold two intake periods a year, one in April, and the other in October. Together, let's continue to inspire and encourage the educational journeys of our BEST team members and their families.
