We are excited to announce the successful completion of our Alberta COR (Certificate of Recognition) audit! During this thorough evaluation, we secured an impressive overall score of 95%, exceeding the mandatory 80% requirement.
Our Alberta team showcased exceptional dedication in fulfilling documentation requirements to meet company policies. The organization and tracking of our team members' orientation process and annual training were highly commendable, ensuring everyone received appropriate and current training. Additionally, the audit recognized the outstanding leadership of our site leadership team in upholding safety standards.
This COR re-certification underscores the safety culture embedded within our leadership teams and frontline team members.
