BEST Achieves 95% in BC COR Re-certification Audit!

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our BC COR (Certificate of Recognition) re-certification audit!  In this comprehensive audit, we achieved an outstanding overall score of 95%, surpassing the 80% requirement.

Our team demonstrated exceptional diligence in completing documentation to meet policy requirements. Our orientation process and annual training for team members were found to be well-organized and tracked, ensuring that every team member receives proper and up-to-date training. The audit also acknowledged the exemplary behaviour of our site leadership team for leading by example in terms of safety.

This COR re-certification reflects the culture of safety instilled in our leadership teams and our frontline team members, and their ongoing hard work and collaboration to uphold BEST standards. We are committed to creating a culture of safety across all sites, focusing on proper documentation, training, and proactive measures to ensure the well-being of all members.
