BEST provides approximately 500 meals and raises $7,750 for Union Gospel Mission in Vancouver

Last Friday, November 29, part of the BEST Service Pros team worked as a volunteer to prepare delicious meals for the Union Gospel Mission.

For 8 years, BEST Service Pros has donated a “Day of Meals” to the UGM in Vancouver. This time, 16 volunteers from our team served lunch and dinner, approximately 500 meals, and also raised close to $7,750.00. The Day of Meals is a unique program where our team members raise money, volunteer, and sponsor a day of meals for the UGM community.

The UGM serves communities and helps those in need and aids programs like Rental Assistance, Housing Outreach and the new Women and Families Centre in Downtown.

The “Day of Meals” is one of several charitable programs that BEST contributes to every year.
