Purpose of Job:
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance to facilitate the custodial site operation. The incumbent is responsible for completing various activities, which include, but are not limited to; answering and referring inbound calls, new team member orientations, scheduling and communicating schedules, rescheduling to accommodate clients’ changing needs, auditing team member time sheets, coordinating meetings and other administrative duties.
Reporting Structure: The Site Administrator reports directly to the Assistant Site Manager and/or Site Manager.
