It is company policy at all sites to utilize microfibre technology when cleaning clients’ sites. We accomplish this through a three color coded cloth system that reduces cross contamination and increases quality outcomes. We also look to integrate microfiber mopping systems, where applicable. By using integrated microfibre mopping systems vs. traditional mop and wringer, significant water consumption reduction is evident by the fact that microfiber mops are more efficient in removing soil and is a low moisture application process.
BEST Service Pros has a documented maintenance plan for all pieces of smallwares and equipment that are on our clients’ sites. We do regular documented maintenance on each piece to uphold the warranty of our equipment. We complete regular maintenance at the end of each shift. We also incorporate our outside maintenance program with a proactive preventative maintenance program for all large equipment conducted through our vendor trained mechanics. This allows us to minimize downtime based on equipment failure and improve the consistency of our productivity outcomes for our clients. We have multiple levels of procedures to ensure our equipment is functions properly.
