The Ulf von Dehn Founder Educational Grant

BEST Service Pros believes in supporting the personal and professional development of all team members. It is one of our core values to invest in our people and our communities that we do business in. In 2014, the Ulf von Dehn Founder Education Grant was specifically designed for our front line team members and their family members to further deepen the alignment to our shared core values. We are committed to showing our appreciation and honouring team member’s dedication to delivering “operational excellence” by supporting our team’s personal and professional growth through continued education. Each year, we set aside $20,000 to provide funding towards advancing the skills and abilities of our team members through formalized education.

To date, we have provided over $50,000 to our team members and their family members. We congratulate our team members and their families who continue to grow in their desire for personal and professional development!

BEST accepts applications twice per year in April and September. To learn how to apply for this grant, please speak with your Site Manager.
