WorldHost

Created in 1985 to provide customer service training for EXPO 86, WorldHost is an internationally recognized leader in training for the tourism industry and was responsible for the customer service training for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

We value customer service and expect each of our employees to go above and beyond to create a uniquely positive service experience. All of our front-facing employees must complete the two-day workshop where they learn the fundamentals of customer service.

The WorldHost program provides our team with expertise in the following customer service elements:

  • Demonstrate and understand the importance of excellent skills in customer service.
  • The ability to describe the communication process, and the skills required to make your communication effective.
  • Demonstrate listening skills to ensure that customers know that we care about their needs and wellbeing.

With WorldHost training we teach excellent customer service skills to our team. This training has enabled us to improve our quality of service, operations, and customer service experience that our clients provide to their customers or patrons.
