Created in 1985 to provide customer service training for EXPO 86, WorldHost is an internationally recognized leader in training for the tourism industry and was responsible for the customer service training for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.
We value customer service and expect each of our employees to go above and beyond to create a uniquely positive service experience. All of our front-facing employees must complete the two-day workshop where they learn the fundamentals of customer service.
